FX909, a French drum and bass producer and DJ, has been a significant figure in the electronic music scene since the early 2000s. Hailing from Paris, he began his musical journey as a techno DJ in the mid-1990s before transitioning to drum and bass. His early collaborations, notably with DJ Volta from Radio Nova, garnered attention and set the stage for his solo career.

In 2004, FX909 signed with the British label Defunked, bringing his liquid funk style to an international audience. His productions, characterised by soulful vocals, deep pads, and strong beats, resonated with listeners worldwide. Over the years, he has released numerous tracks on esteemed labels such as Fokuz Recordings, Celsius, and Jazzsticks, collaborating with artists like Alix Perez, Ego Trippin, and Paul SG.

After a brief hiatus from drum and bass production, FX909 made a triumphant return in 2019 with a series of releases, including the album Undefined on Soul Deep Recordings. This marked the beginning of a prolific period, with multiple tracks and albums released annually. In 2020, he established his own label, FX909 Music, focusing on a diverse range of drum and bass styles, from liquid to jungle.
