G Dub, formerly known as Generation Dub, is a drum and bass duo from Newcastle, UK, consisting of Adam Tindill and Jake Carter. Both members were initially influenced by genres such as hip-hop and house before focusing their creative energy on jungle and drum and bass. Their collaboration began while attending music college, where they bonded over their shared passion for the genre.

The duo first gained attention with their early releases on Formation Records, including the breakout track Body Snatchers, which became a staple on dancefloors and garnered widespread support from key DJs in the scene. This early success helped establish G Dub as a prominent name in drum and bass, paving the way for further releases and collaborations.
