Modest Intentions

Modest Intentions is a liquid drum and bass project by Estonian producer Martin Modestov.
Born in March 1991, he has always been interested in music ever since he had touched piano at the age of three.
At the age of 13 he started to realize that there's something more to simple interest in music and gave first attempt to create some of his own melodies and beats. At the age of 15 he moved on from making music on pre-made "sample libraries" and discovered FL studio where he still creates liquid drum and bass rollers and other genres of music up to date.
Martin's had number of releases on trance labels because he was highly interested in creating trance music in "earlier years", but somewhere in the middle of 2009 he got involved in drum and bass movement and up to date kept his main focus on creating liquid/intelligent drum and bass.
However, in the end of 2013 he became interested in organizing darker music sessions in Tallinn, Estonia (his hometown) where he would play harder sort of drum and bass. On the backside, Martin is progressing as a Neurofunk drum and bass producer and dj aswell and is going by pseudonym Abduction Theory. Martin confirmed he's more interested in producing Neurofunk lately because it is a top-notch genre sound design-wise and gives him opportunities to broaden his horizons as producer. On his facebook Martin confirmed he is taking a step back from liquid/intelligent drum and bass for the upcoming 2014 year.
