Redeyes, born Julien Salvi, is a French drum and bass DJ and producer who has built a reputation for his ability to fuse genres, incorporating elements of hip-hop, soul, jazz, and R&B into his distinct drum and bass productions. Hailing from Toulouse, France, Redeyes began his musical journey at an early age, influenced by a range of genres from rock to early hip-hop, and was eventually drawn to the emerging jungle and drum and bass scenes. His passion for music led him to start DJing and producing in the late 90s, quickly establishing himself as a talented figure in the underground scene.

Throughout his career, Redeyes has released an impressive body of work across some of the most respected labels in the genre, including The North Quarter, 31 Records, Metalheadz, Creative Source, and many more. His track Pusherman, released on Bingo, became a seminal moment in his career, receiving support from high-profile DJs like Roni Size, LTJ Bukem, and Fabio, and played on BBC Radio. Redeyes’ early work with renowned artists like Alix Perez, Lenzman, and Eveson further expanded his reach, establishing him as one of the most versatile and soulful producers in the drum and bass scene.

Redeyes' discography is extensive, with standout releases including Poetry in Motion (Spearhead), Part of Me (Vandal), and his album Broken Soul on The North Quarter. His collaborations have become highly anticipated, particularly his work with DRS, Lenzman, and IAMDDB, among others.
