MC Eksman has uploaded a touching tribute to the late, great, MC Skibadee.

Titled ‘My Letter to Skibba‘ Eksman describes their relationship built on mutual respect, events they shared the stage at, and of course Skibadee’s status as an icon that many looked up to.

Within drum & bass circles Eksman & Skibadee always shared a professional rivalry, both often vying for the same ‘Best MC’ awards.

In a post on his social media pages Eksman intimated that “Writing, recording and filming this was emotional. But I’m so happy that I can share this with the world.”

He went on to echo the sentiments of Skibadee’s army of fans and friends saying that he would be “Forever loved and forever missed.”

MC Skibadee tragically & unexpectedly passed away back in February 2022 leading to an outpouring of tributes from artists across the UK music scene.
