Grey Code follows up his seminal ‘Reprieve’ and ‘Helios’ EP’s on Metalheadz with a brand-new album titled ‘Renewal’.
Metalheadz is one of the most historic record labels within the jungle and drum & bass genre & this album positions itself perfectly within the Headz catalogue of music.
Grey Code joins luminaries such as Photek, Dillinja, Jubei, SCAR, Commix & Benny L as an imperative part of the Metalheadz roster of artists.
Renewal‘Renewal’ marks a continuation in Grey Code’s journey, flexing the razor-sharp production skillset which he’s become renowned for.
The album is a fully immersive experience from start to finish, with tracks such as ‘Prima’ setting the pace whilst ‘Voyage XIII’,‘Eternal Garden’ and ‘Quantified Self’ follow suit.
Metalheadz head honcho Goldie called out album track ‘Actress’ as one of the most progressive Drum & Bass tracks he’d ever heard… High praise indeed!

Rounding off the album are ‘MANTA’ which hits uncharted levels of euphoria, ‘Primrose’ with its trademark old-school Headz style breaks, and finally ‘Illiad’ which nods to its namesake through being sonically epic.
Grey Code has constructed a work of art through his ‘Renewal’ album and it’s easy to hear within every track.
As his music flourishes alongside some of the most renowned cuts to come through within drum & bass, he is becoming more and more notorious amongst its circles.
With music like the type featured on ‘Renewal’, and with Metalheadz fully backing him, it’s easy to see how he’s one of the most hotly tipped artists coming through this generation of music creators.
