After more than a quarter of a century in the Hospital Records is announcing ‘Hospital 500’- yes, you guessed it, their 500th release. To celebrate this massive milestone the South London based imprint have gathered up a collection of spanking new tracks and remixes of Hospitals classic back catalogue. Artists on the track list reads like a who’s who on D&B today, from undisputed living legends such as London Elektricity and DJ Marky to the scene’s most promising new comers like Anaïs, Askel and Sudley, and from far reaching acts Netsky and Hybrid Minds, to underground favourites like, Bop, Subwave and Flava D this release showcases an almighty cross-section of d&b, amplifying the sonic diversity of Hospital’s output. Fans of Hospital Records can likely to hear these tracks in the full glory at the label’s sold-out take-over of Printworks as part of the iconic venues final season.

Hospital Records last 500 releases have brought us tracks like High Contrast’s ‘If We Ever’, S.P.Y’s remix of Metrik’s ‘We Got It’ and Kings Of The Rollers’ ‘Somebody Else’, and so, so many more unbelievable tracks. With credentials like that, we’re looking forward to following the imprint’s journey as they continue to help shape the course of the future of drum and bass.
