It’s been a great few weeks for AKAS. Firstly he’s been riding high in the Beatport drum & bass charts for well over a month now with his single ‘Old Skool New Skool’, a collaboration with Georgia Phoenix and veteran MC 2Shy.

Next saw the global release of dance floor banger ‘True Grit’ which was unleashed on our very own LoveThatBass record label!

BBC Radio 1 Guest Mix

Last night AKAS laid down his debut guest mix on the BBC Radio 1 Drum & Bass Show hosted by René LaVice… The biggest drum & bass show on the planet!

The 30 minute mix is packed full of his own productions, some of which are exclusive to this mix & may never see the light of day so make sure you go listen.
