Luxiie

Luxiie is the first music producer and DJ of Drum And Bass in the state of Minas Gerais - Brazil, becoming a pioneer among women in this style.

Born and raised in Ponte Nova, in the country-side of Minas Gerais, she moved to Belo Horizonte to deepen studies in music, especially in the area of recording and music production. Multi-instrumentalist, music producer, composer and also DJ, has
a very broad musical experience.

On stage, she has played at parties and events that have had great influence on the Brazilian underground scene, such as Rua Do Bass, Forbass & Tendence, B-Club and Nujazz No Parque. In 2019 performed in downtown Belo Horizonte during the Virada Cultural BH. Also participated in some projects such as Boiler and Bass, Function FM, Subgrave Podcast, Programa Junto e Mixado of Rádio UFMG Educativa, Lablive, Drum In Braz Podcast, besides having a mix on Debri.fm (Russia), Killerdrumz (Argentina), Dirty Break (Spain) and HKCR (Hong Kong). In 2022, she released the debut EP through DNBB Records titled "Midnight Birds".

In 2023, she was invited by the Beatport team to be on the first page of the Drum And Bass DJ Charts, Successful DJs, Successes In Highlight, and in the New Hits sections on the Beatport website.

Luxiie continues to grow and work to bring the music she believes in to more people. Her symbol is female representation.
