Plasmator

Plasmator is a drum and bass producer and DJ from Plymouth, UK, who emerged in the early 2020s with his debut EP From the Dark. His work spans both energetic original productions and inventive remixes, with releases on labels including Suburban Base Records. His discography reflects a consistent creative output, featuring tracks and EPs such as The Light, Break of Dawn, Showing You How, and more, leading into notable projects across 2024 and 2025.

Since March 2019, Plasmator has hosted the long-running “Plasmator Presents” mix series on DNBRadio, delivering over 80 episodes and building a dedicated listener base. In 2023, he was featured on 1 More Thing’s "Artist of the Week" and contributed a dynamic, genre-spanning mix ahead of his set at Planet Wax’s birthday celebrations. His mixes often highlight his versatility, weaving through multiple drum and bass styles while maintaining a distinct personal identity.

Plasmator has also gained recognition through high-profile remix contests, including a DJ Rap remix that achieved strong Beatport chart success. Away from the studio and radio, he co-runs "Bedlam Ball," a multigenre night in Plymouth that blends his passion for community-driven events with his skills as a selector.
