Voltage, real name Rouen Wilkins, is a celebrated British drum and bass producer and DJ known for his versatility across jump-up, jungle, and deeper styles of the genre. With over a decade in the scene and 300 releases to his name, Voltage has become a defining force in modern drum and bass.
He’s a core member of the renowned trio Kings of the Rollers alongside Serum and Bladerunner, with their self-titled album becoming a landmark release on Hospital Records. His solo projects, including the acclaimed Balance Over Symmetry, showcase his creative range, blending analogue synths, reggae influences, and ambient soundscapes.
Voltage is equally revered for his high-energy DJ sets, where his deep knowledge of the genre shines through. With an ever-evolving sound and an unmatched work ethic, Voltage remains one of the most innovative and influential producers in the drum and bass scene.
