Ministerstvo nekultúry
Ministerstvo Nekultúry, meaning "Ministry of Unculturedness" in English, is a unique drum and bass record label founded in Slovakia in 2013. It emerged as an exciting platform bringing together raw talents and experienced artists in the genre of drum and bass, with a daring and unconventional approach to music.
Beyond its radical concept, the label is renowned for hosting raves and parties featuring their artists. These events have become beloved amongst fans for their underground, nonconformist vibe.
The label boasts a roster of remarkable artists which include such names as Detest, Weyheyhey!!, and Akira. One of their most notable releases is Akira's rebellious and energetic album, “Body Slam Music,” which has become a favorite among the drum and bass faithful.
Although it has not been lauded with major industry awards to date, the label is distinguished by its commitment to promoting unconventional and boundary-pushing tracks within the DnB scene. It has done commendable work in sticking to its ethos, resisting commercial influences, and focusing relentlessly on releasing music that embodies the raw energy and spirit of the underground scene.
