Ben Williams, known professionally as BMotion, is a Welsh drum and bass producer and DJ hailing from Pontypool, South Wales. Growing up in a musically inclined family, with his father being a jazz pianist, Williams was exposed to music from an early age. He began his musical journey playing drums and guitar, drawing inspiration from genres such as jazz, soul, and funk.

In 2014, BMotion signed exclusively with Viper Recordings, a prominent drum and bass label. His debut single, Feelings / Something, Something, showcased his polished production skills and unique sound, earning him recognition within the drum and bass community. He continued to release notable tracks, including Bear Hug, which received significant support across the scene.

Throughout his career, BMotion has collaborated with esteemed artists and contributed to various compilations. His track Discotheque, produced with Chords, was featured on Viper's 10-year anniversary album, Decade of Viper. Additionally, he has remixed tracks for artists such as Brookes Brothers, further establishing his presence in the genre.
