Ram Trilogy, a pioneering drum and bass collective from the United Kingdom, is comprised of Andy C, Ant Miles, and Shimon. Formed in the late 1990s, the trio emerged from the foundations laid by Andy C and Ant Miles's earlier project, Origin Unknown, and their individual contributions to the genre.
In 1998, Ram Trilogy debuted with a series of groundbreaking singles, including No Reality / Scanners, Mind Overload / Intercity, and Chase Scene / Terminal 1. These releases were instrumental in defining the techstep subgenre, marked by dark, futuristic soundscapes and intricate production techniques. Their 1999 album, Molten Beats, became a cornerstone of drum and bass, featuring anthems that resonated across the scene.
