Noisia was a groundbreaking electronic music trio from Groningen, Netherlands, consisting of Nik Roos, Martijn van Sonderen, and Thijs de Vlieger. Renowned for their technical prowess, innovative sound design, and genre-defying productions, Noisia became one of the most influential acts in drum and bass and bass music during their two-decade career.

Formed in 2000, the trio started experimenting with music production while still in school. Their unique sound quickly gained recognition, and they rose to prominence with releases on influential labels such as Renegade Hardware, RAM Records, and their own imprints, Vision Recordings, Division Recordings, and Invisible Recordings. Their track Stigma and remix of The Prodigy’s Smack My Bitch Up are standout examples of their intense and intricately crafted style.

Noisia’s debut album, Split the Atom (2010), was a critical and commercial success, showcasing their unparalleled ability to fuse drum and bass, dubstep, and breakbeat into a cohesive sonic experience.
