The Outside Agency

The Outside Agency is a Dutch drum and bass duo comprised of DJ Hidden (Frank Nitzinsky) and Eye-D (Steven Engelbrecht). The duo has been a prominent force in the drum and bass scene since the late 90s, known for their aggressive and relentless style that pushes the boundaries of the genre.

DJ Hidden and Eye-D first met while working at a record store in their hometown of Rotterdam and quickly bonded over their shared love of dark and intense music. They began producing music together, fusing elements of hardcore, industrial and drum and bass to create their signature sound.

The Outside Agency has released on some of the most respected labels in the drum and bass world, such as Position Chrome, Genosha Recordings, and Black Sun Empire Recordings. They have also performed at some of the biggest festivals and events in the electronic music scene, earning a reputation for their high-energy live sets.

Despite their success, The Outside Agency remains fiercely independent, continuing to push the boundaries of drum and bass with their innovative and forward-thinking approach to production. Their music is characterized by its heavy basslines, intricate rhythms, and dark atmospheres, creating a unique and immersive listening experience for fans of the genre.
