Lens, real name Ellen Lewin, is a rising drum and bass DJ and producer from Brighton, celebrated for her dynamic mixing style and deep appreciation for the genre’s roots. Her journey began with DJ lessons in Brighton, followed by residencies at iconic venues like Volks and Concorde 2. Known for blending jungle influences with contemporary drum and bass, Lens quickly gained recognition for her energetic sets.

In 2018, she caught the attention of Hospital Records after a chance meeting at a Soul In Motion event. From there, she secured an internship and began playing warm-up slots for the label. Her passion and dedication eventually earned her a spot as co-host of Hospital’s Rinse FM show, further solidifying her presence in the scene.

Lens has delivered standout performances at festivals such as Hospitality on the Beach and Rampage, captivating audiences with her infectious enthusiasm and technical skill. As she ventures into production, her future promises an exciting contribution to the ever-evolving drum and bass landscape.
