Amaryllis, a drum and bass producer and illustrator from Bergen, Norway, has been crafting her unique sound since 2012. Her debut EP, Never Again, was released in 2016 on Surreal Recordings, showcasing her early talent and commitment to the genre. Drawing inspiration from artists like Netsky, Fred V & Grafix, Camo & Krooked, Culture Shock, and Logistics, Amaryllis has developed a bright and energetic style that resonates with listeners.
In 2018, Amaryllis made her mark on Subsphere Records with the Light Pillars EP. This release featured tracks such as Ab Intra, Light Pillar, Need Love, and Losing You, each highlighting her ability to blend vibrant atmospheres with soulful vocal samples. The EP was well-received, further establishing her presence in the drum and bass community.
Continuing her artistic evolution, Amaryllis released Light Pillars II in 2022. This EP includes tracks like Snowblind and Stay A While, demonstrating her growth as a producer and her dedication to creating immersive, ethereal soundscapes.
