Andrew Wilson, known professionally as Villem, is a versatile English drum and bass producer and DJ hailing from Ipswich. His journey into music began with an early fascination for rave culture, collecting tape packs, and purchasing records from Redeye Records in Ipswich. This passion led him to acquire turntables and eventually transition from DJing to music production.

Villem's discography is both impressive and extensive, featuring releases on some of the most respected labels in the drum and bass scene, including Metalheadz, Hospital Records, and Dispatch Recordings. He has collaborated with a range of talented artists, such as McLeod and Mako, further demonstrating his ability to push boundaries and experiment with different styles and sounds. Notably, his work with McLeod culminated in the acclaimed album Playing the Changes, released on Spearhead Records, showcasing their combined prowess in crafting soulful and innovative tracks.

In addition to his production achievements, Villem co-founded the label MURKT, providing a platform for his creative output and that of emerging artists.
