Humanature

André Soares, known professionally as HumaNature, is a Portuguese drum and bass artist, producer, and DJ hailing from the Azores Islands. At the age of two, he relocated with his family to the United States, where he began producing music at 18, drawing significant influence from the liquid drum and bass movement. In 2014, Soares returned to Portugal, settling in Porto to pursue a career in the drum and bass scene.

Throughout his career, HumaNature has amassed an impressive discography, releasing music on esteemed labels such as Liquicity, Galacy, Integral, RAM Records, and Fokuz Recordings. Notably, his collaboration with Skeletone and Silence Groove resulted in a 12" vinyl release on Fokuz Recordings. His track Good Ol' Days, released on Stepping Forward Records, has been widely regarded as the 'Sound of the Summer'.

HumaNature's music has garnered support from prominent figures in the drum and bass community, including DJ Marky, LTJ Bukem, DJ Bailey, and Technimatic. His tracks have been featured on popular platforms like UKF and Liquicity, contributing to millions of streams on Spotify. Additionally, his collaborations with artists such as Silence Groove and Skeletone have further solidified his presence in the scene.

As a performer, HumaNature has showcased his talents across Europe and the UK, gracing stages at renowned events like Liquicity Festival and Let It Roll Festival. Sharing line-ups with artists such as DJ Marky, Marcus Intalex, Makoto, and Lenzman, he has captivated audiences with his soulful and smooth basslines. With performances in countries including Spain, the Czech Republic, the UK, and Belgium, HumaNature continues to expand his influence within the drum and bass community.
