His early influences included artists like CRS?, R.A.W., ODG, Phantom 45, and Danny The Wildchild, who introduced him to the dynamic world of jungle and drum and bass.
In the early 2000s, General Malice gained significant recognition with releases on Big Cat Recordings in Japan and N2O Records in Los Angeles. Tracks such as Launch The Attack and Guns Like Mine, featuring dancehall artist Wayne Marshall, showcased his unique blend of raw hip hop and dancehall elements fused with hard-hitting drums, contributing to the evolution of the hardstep and B-boy jungle sound.
Throughout his career, General Malice amassed an impressive discography, with over 40 vinyl releases that have been celebrated in the global drum and bass community.
