Emerging from the UK's burgeoning jungle scene, the duo became known for their innovative approach to breakbeats and basslines, contributing significantly to the genre's development.

In 1994, Johnny Jungle released the track Johnny, which showcased their distinctive style and solidified their reputation within the drum and bass community.
