Immersed in the early growth of Brazil's underground scene, he spent a decade absorbing the culture and sound of Jungle, developing a deep connection with its rhythms and energy.

In 2004, he relocated to Japan, where he spent the next ten years expanding his musical horizons. Immersed in a different cultural backdrop, Johnnyn began honing his production skills and shaping a unique sonic identity that draws from both Brazilian and Japanese influences.
