Johnnyn

Johnnyn is a Brazilian Jungle and Drum and Bass producer whose love for the genre began in 1994, during his teenage years. Immersed in the early growth of Brazil's underground scene, he spent a decade absorbing the culture and sound of Jungle, developing a deep connection with its rhythms and energy.

In 2004, he relocated to Japan, where he spent the next ten years expanding his musical horizons. Immersed in a different cultural backdrop, Johnnyn began honing his production skills and shaping a unique sonic identity that draws from both Brazilian and Japanese influences.

His first official release came via the respected Brazilian imprint 4Jungle Records, marking his entry into the wider Drum and Bass community. Since then, he has continued to refine his style, blending deep basslines, atmospheric textures, and break-driven grooves that reflect his global perspective.

With a growing presence on streaming platforms like Spotify, Johnnyn represents a cross-cultural approach to Drum and Bass—paying homage to his roots while embracing the evolution of the genre.
