TriaMer, real name Alexey Skrynnikov, has been active in Drum and Bass for over 15 years. His productions lean into dense atmospherics, gritty bass textures, and complex drum programming, balancing aggression with technical control. That attention to detail has positioned him among Russia’s most recognisable names in the darker spectrum of the scene.
Nagato, born Dmitrii Kovalenko, complements that foundation with a broader musical palette. His approach brings hard-hitting beats alongside melodic intricacy, adding contrast and dimension to the duo’s output. The chemistry between the two is rooted in that balance, precision meeting raw energy.
Together, TriaMer & Nagato have released a series of tracks and EPs on respected labels including Obscene, PRSPCT, and Yellow Stripe, building an international following drawn to their uncompromising aesthetic. After a prolonged hiatus, the duo are currently working on a new album, signalling the next phase in a partnership that has long operated just left of the mainstream, but firmly within the global Drum and Bass conversation.
