Trueangle is a drum and bass project formed in 2025 by members of Double Medley together with Kandwoo. Built around a darker, heavier approach to the genre, the trio focuses on tense atmosphere, weighty low-end, and detailed production with a clear emphasis on energy and mood.
The project brings together three producers from different backgrounds: German Orlov, based in Estonia, alongside Nikita Davletov and Kirill Kazantsev, who are both based in Russia. The collaboration developed around a shared interest in darker drum and bass aesthetics and a collective workflow that allows ideas to move constantly between members.
Rather than separating individual styles, Trueangle approaches production as a unified project, with arrangements shaped collaboratively and refined through ongoing exchanges between the trio. Their sound leans into pressure, groove, and atmosphere without losing clarity in the mix, drawing from both classic and more modern strands of heavy drum and bass.
Since launching the project, Trueangle has focused on steadily developing its sound identity while building a catalogue of collaborative productions.
