Vortex Involute, born Il'ya Koshcheev in 1981, is a pioneering Russian drum and bass producer and DJ from the Ural region. Active since 1998, he has significantly influenced the Russian drum and bass scene, renowned for integrating Russian-language vocals into his tracks—a distinctive feature that set him apart in the early 2000s.
