B-PLEXX was the original alias of UK drum and bass producer Joshua Bishop-Jones, known for his explosive energy, tear-out DJ sets, and early support across the South West scene. Based in Bristol, he became a core part of the Dirty South SoundZ crew and built a reputation for high-impact, dancefloor-focused productions. Tracks like Roll the Drum, Plastics and Memories picked up airplay on BBC Radio Devon in 2016 and 2017, while support slots for artists including AKOV, The Clamps and DJ Sly helped cement his standing as one to watch. After achieving his initial goals with the project, B-PLEXX was officially retired in 2024, with Joshua now releasing under the Drex174 alias.
