London-based producer Fracture has spent over two decades at the cutting edge of drum and bass, known for his razor-sharp rhythms, genre-bending collaborations and a deep-rooted connection to the hardcore continuum. As co-founder of Astrophonica alongside Neptune, he has helped shape a label that champions forward-thinking breakbeat music while honouring its foundations.
Emerging in the early 2000s with releases on Droppin’ Science, Fracture quickly became known for his detailed drum edits and wide sonic range. His music pulls from jungle, footwork, grime, electro and everything in between, always with a strong sense of identity and swing.
Fracture’s 2011 breakthrough track “Get Busy” introduced his love of juke and ghetto house to a new generation of 170 producers. Since then, he has released on Metalheadz, Exit Records, Hooversound and Critical Music, collaborating with the likes of Sam Binga, Om Unit, Teklife’s DJ Spinn and Hyperdub’s Novelist.
Whether playing at Fabric, Dekmantel, Glastonbury or Boiler Room, Fracture brings a DJ style that fuses technicality with raw energy. His sets are unpredictable, high-impact and steeped in the history of UK soundsystem culture.
Fracture is not just an innovator. He is a connector. A producer who joins dots between scenes, tempos and generations without ever losing the groove.
