Lockjaw

Lockjaw, born Louis Fourie, is an Australian drum and bass producer and DJ from Canberra, celebrated for his precise production style and contributions to the neurofunk subgenre. Renowned for his intricate soundscapes and technical expertise, Lockjaw has established himself as a key figure in contemporary drum and bass.

In 2016, Lockjaw co-founded Locked Concept, a label dedicated to innovative and forward-thinking drum and bass music. The label has been instrumental in showcasing his groundbreaking productions, including the acclaimed Human Research LP in 2018, which highlighted his mastery of dark atmospheres and complex rhythms.

Alongside his music production, Lockjaw runs Sine Sound, a mixing and mastering company, collaborating with various artists in the electronic music scene. His meticulous attention to detail and passion for sound design have earned him a reputation as a sought-after engineer and producer.
