Duncan Hutchison, known professionally as DJ Trace, is a British drum and bass DJ and producer who has been instrumental in shaping the techstep subgenre. In 1995, DJ Trace released The Mutant Remix, a reimagining of T Power's Mutant Jazz, which became a seminal track in the development of techstep.
