In 2003, while stationed in Mannheim, Germany, during his military service, he was introduced to drum and bass music through a live performance by Rawhill Cru, featuring artists like Daddy Freddy, Navigator, Ragga Twins, and Spyda. This experience profoundly impacted him, igniting a passion for the genre.
After his service, Jenkins settled in Munich, where he immersed himself in the European drum and bass scene. He engaged in various projects, including promoting events, hosting radio shows, and managing a booking agency. His versatility allowed him to host across diverse styles, from deep and liquid to neurofunk, showcasing his adaptability and broad appeal.
Kryptomedic's collaborations with prominent labels such as Eatbrain, Blackout Music, and Titan Records have been instrumental in his career. Notably, his debut artist EP on Eatbrain featured collaborations with artists like Akov, Disphonia, Fragz, and State Of Mind, highlighting his ability to blend his vocal style with various production techniques.
